Starting this week, get in the Valentine’s Day spirit by searching for a graphic heart along Baltimore’s Waterfront and you could win any number of great prizes.
The Waterfront Partnership of Baltimore has partnered with local businesses to take part in a special contest for the community called “Heart the Harbor” which will run Feb. 1 through Feb. 28.
