There are a few tickets still left for the incredibly popular musical “Wicked,” the untold story of The Wizard of Oz running Dec. 14-Jan. 7 at the John F. Kennedy Center in Washington, D.C.
See what happened in the Land of Oz, but from a different angle. Long before Dorothy arrives, there is another young woman, born with emerald-green skin — smart, fiery, misunderstood and possessing an extraordinary talent. When she meets a bubbly blonde who is exceptionally popular, their initial rivalry turns into the unlikeliest of friendships, until the world decides to call one “good” and the other “wicked.”
The show is recommended for ages 8 and older and would make a great Christmas present. Tickets range from $99 to $349. For show times and details call 202-467-4600 or visit kennedy-center.org.
