Anne Arundel County Public Schools Spring Break March 29-April 2

Arundel Olympic Swim Center – 2018
Annapolis. March 29-April 2. 7:30am-5:30pm. Swimming, arts and crafts and games. $40 per day. aacounty.org/recparks

Break in the Park – 2018
Lothian. March 29. Spend a day of spring break exploring Jug Bay Wetlands Sanctuary. Hike the woods, dip net in a vernal pool, search for wildlife, complete a nature service project, and make a nature craft. Bring a bag lunch and a pair of waterproof boots and dress for outdoor exploration. Ages: 8-12. $30. 9:30am-3:30pm. Jugbay.org

Benfield Sportsplex – 2018
Millersville. March 29-April 2. Full day, 8am-5pm. Half day, 8am-12:30pm or 12:30pm-5pm. $55 for full day; $35 for half day. benfieldsc.com

 

EcoAdventures – 2018
Millersville. Choose from:
Galactic Voyage—Kids will learn about how astronauts use their senses to learn about the galaxy. March 29-30 or April 3-4, 9 am-4pm (ages 5-11) or one-day mini camp (ages 3-6), 9am-1pm.
Call of the Wild—Go on an adventure to find out where animals hide, sleep, eat, and play. March 29 or April 3, 9am-4pm (ages 5-11).
Imitation Station—Did you know that the beak of a kingfisher bird inspired high speed trains? Learn about mimicry in nature and how we’ve built technology around it. April 2 or 5, 9am-4pm (ages 5-9).

Howard County Public Schools Spring Break March 30-April 3

Columbia Horse Center – 2018
Columbia. March 30-April 5; can be credited or refunded for April 4 and 5 since schools will now be in session. 9am-4pm. Weeky rate – $475 and $125 for before and after care if needed. Drama Learning Center – 2018
Columbia. March 30-April 3. 9am-4pm, after hours child care available. Theme: Superheroes. Students explore some of their favorite stories and characters who bring them to life, as well as learn about the continents. $200 for the week or $75 per day, sibling discounts are available. dramalearningcenter.com

Prince George’s County Public Schools Spring Break: March 30-April 6

Coder Kids Club/Pongos Learning Lab – 2018
Crofton. March 30-April 2. 9am-4pm. Play Minecraft and other games on the computers, as well as board games, STEM toys like Snap Circuits, Little Bits and Dash and Dot. coderkidsclub.com

Baltimore County Spring Break March 30-April 6

Jump into STEM – 2018
March 26-April 2. Extended hours and special programs including a Glow Day, live performances by Peabody Orchestra, learn about space with NASA, a petting zoo, build your own satellite and more.
