Summer Fun: Chesapeake Beach Water Park is Now Open 6 Days a Week

Starting today, Friday June 17, Chesapeake Beach Water Park is OPEN on both Weekdays and Weekends (Closed Mondays). Check daily hours here.

Spend the day having a blast at the Water Park! Chesapeake Beach Water Park features eight water slides, a lazy river, fountains and waterfalls, kids activity pool and lagoon, and a baby pool. Enjoy low capacity this year so you’ll have tons of room to play and splash around.

Reservations are encouraged for all EXCEPT Season Pass holders.

Capacity is limited to 30%, so please plan ahead.  Admission is guaranteed for all Season Pass holders and pre-purchased tickets.  Admission sold on-site is first come-first served.

Mark your calendars for the World’s Largest Swimming Lesson

For 11 years, the Chesapeake Beach Water Park has partnered with the World Waterpark Association as a participant in the World’s Largest Swim Lesson. 

MISSION: Quantify and exemplify the research that shows risk of drowning can be reduced by 88% if children participate in formal swimming lessons between the ages of 1-4

GOAL: Reach more than one billion with the message “Swimming Lessons Save Lives”™

What: A 45-min Swim Lesson led by our Certified Swim Instructors. The Lesson will be taught simultaneously at thousands of pools and aquatic facilities worldwide.

Why: You and your child will learn valuable tools to prevent drowning, which is the second leading cause of unintended, injury-related death for U.S. children ages 1-4. 

Participation in this event does not include admission for the day.
