Let the kids get out their energy on hot or rainy days at Ballocity in the Pip Moyer Recreation Center in Annapolis.

This indoor playground has mesh nets, various climbing areas, slides and foam balls to play with.

There are different sections to allow plenty of play space for kids of all ages, even toddlers who are crawling or learning to walk.

The facility is open Monday–Thursday from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m., and Saturday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. It’s closed on Fridays for cleaning. The cost is $6 per child for Annapolis residents.

The Kids Zone, located right next to Ballocity in the recreation center, has toys and activities so the kids can get even more playtime in if you opt for babysitting services.

For more information about Ballocity, check out this Mommy Daze blog post. Or visit the Ballocity website.

Older kids can enjoy the rec center’s rock climbing wall, which is open to climbers over age 5, on Wednesdays through Saturdays, noon to 7 p.m.
