Go kart racing is a fun way all age kids to burn off steam.
There are several places where you can cruise on some of Maryland’s speedways. Whether it’s letting the older kids drive by themselves on a single kart or joining the younger kids on a double kart, this is a great way to have fun. So, think like Lightning McQueen and hit the track this summer.

Autobhan Indoor Speedway
With 2 indoor tracks, this raceways is sure to fill your day with fun. Kids 8 & up can join in the racing and they also offer space for your next party or event. For those 13 and older, they also have an axe throwing facility to test your skills. They also have a second location in Essex, MD.

Go Kart Raceway
This 1/2 mile outdoor track has over 20 turns to keep your family on their toes. Kids 8 & up can drive their own kart, or if you have a 2-7 year old, they can ride in one of the double karts with an adult. Party and event rentals available.
Price: Each lap is $3.50, $4.00 for double karts with discounts available for military, senior 65 & up, package purchases.

With three unique outdoor tracks, this raceways is sure to please everyone. The Family Track is where kids over 48″ tall can cruise around, while the younger kids 3 & up can hop in a double cart with an adult. They also have mini-golf and arcades to complete the day of summer fun.
Price: One Seater $12.50 per ride, Two Seater $13.50 per ride, packages are also available.

All the hours are weather permitting so make sure you go on a good weather day to ensure opening and a fun time. Check ahead for COVID restrictions and practices. Some places recommend reservations ahead of time. Be also to check your kids’ height as many have a height requirement as well as an age requirement.
