Over 40 Costumed interpreters will bring Edgewater’s Historic London Town to life as a colonial seaport town Nov. 9 and 10 from 12 to 4 pm.
Activities will include hearth cooking in the Lord Mayor’s Tenement and lively debates in William Brown’s Tavern. Ship’s Company will fire the cannon into the South River and there will be free costume rentals for kids, colonial games and much more.
Guy Fawkes will, once again, be burned in effigy. Colonial vendors will be selling their wares and over 50 artists from the Muddy Creek Artists Guild will be hosting their annual winter show.
The event is $10 for adults, $5 for children 7-18 and free for kids under 7. For details visit Historic London Town and Gardens website.
