Head to Maryland Sunrise Farm in Gambrills to get lost in the 8-acre, Peanuts-themed corn maze by Oct. 9 and receive a free ticket to see “It’s the Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown” at the farm Oct. 14 at 7 p.m.
The specially designed maze celebrates the 50th anniversary of the beloved Halloween television special and will be open Saturdays, 10 a.m.-7 p.m., and Sundays, 11 a.m.-7 p.m., through Oct. 30. Those who successfully navigate the long version of the corn maze and correctly answer the 10 questions are eligible for a raffle drawing for a Lenovo Thinkpad.
Additional activities at the farm include pedal carts, log cabin building, tire fun, Corn Hole, hay jump, kids mini-maze, featured entertainment and more. Horse drawn wagon rides are new this year as well as pony rides and a a petting zoo. For an extra fee, kids can ride the cow train and go on a hay wagon ride.
