Take your kids trick-or-treating at Annmarie’s Halloween in Garden Saturday, Oct. 29 from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.
This family-friendly event at Annmarie Sculpture Garden & Arts Center in Solomons is a great opportunity to enjoy the fall colors and get some treats. Youngsters and their families are invited to come in costume and parade down the garden’s wooded path collecting treats and small gifts from more than 70 booths.
Each booth is decorated and hosted by a Southern Maryland community organization or business. The garden will also be filled with spooktacular decorations. Food vendors will have family friendly fare for sale and additional booths will include handmade crafts, independent consultants and more.
Admission is $1 and will benefit the Holiday Food Basket Program and the Annmarie Scholarship Fund. Trick-or-treating bags will be provided. New this year, a line-hopper pass can be purchased for $3 between 10:30 and 11 a.m. which allows visitors to jump to the front of the trick-or-treating line. No pets allowed. Parking is free. For details call 410-326-4640 or visit Annmaria Sculpture Garden’s website, www.annmariegarden.org.
