Two Anne Arundel County students are among only three Maryland students to be named 2013 Dell Scholars by the Michael & Susan Dell Foundation.
Cierra Carter of North County High School and Jasmyn Mackell of Annapolis High School earned $20,000 in scholarships each in addition to a laptop computer and printer.
