After Hours Teen Halloween Lock In

On this spooky night, the library will be taken over by teenagers once its doors are closed to the public! There will be plenty of Halloween-themed activities, crafts and snacks for kids ages 11-18 to enjoy, as well as a costume contest.

Halloween Paddle

Watch as ghosts, witches and all kinds of spooky Halloween ghouls and goblins take to the water in this annual boating event! Paddleboarders and kayakers are invites to wear their Halloween costumes on this boating trip from Amos Garrett Park to Downtown Annapolis.
